Capada exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay in Cebu. The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city made it effortless to explore nearby dining options, with a mini supermarket on-site and a 24-hour convenience store just a short walk away. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodating staff who allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, showcasing their exceptional hospitality.The room on the second floor was not only clean and comfortable but also provided easy access to the hotel facilities. I appreciated the cleanliness of the beds and the overall room, which even featured a charming balcony to unwind after a day of city exploration. Despite a minor issue with the card reader for payment, the staff's professionalism and lack of pressure stood out, adding to the overall positive experience.Although the TV channels were limited, the daily upkeep of fresh towels and cleanliness compensated for it. The proximity to various dining establishments like Marshall's Irish Pub and Alejandro's Crispy Pata further added to the convenience of the location. Capada's exceptional service, convenient amenities, and strategic location near Osmeña Circle make it a top choice for value and comfort in Cebu. I would gladly return for another stay at this remarkable hotel.
